How to delete the account?

We would appreciate it if you could contact us before canceling your account if you encounter any issues or problems. Our support team is available to assist you and ensure that your experience with our products is as smooth as possible.

Once you cancel your account, all personal data associated with the account will be deleted. Please note that any recording files stored in the cloud cannot be recovered. Canceling your account is a permanent action, and you will need to register again to use the app in the future.

If you still want to proceed with canceling your account, please follow these steps:

Go to the "Personal Center" page on iZYREC app > Tap the top right corner > Enter the next page and choose "Cancel the account".
