- Please ensure that the device is in app control mode and has been connected to your account.
Log in to your account > Go to the "Personal Center" page > Select "My Device" > Scroll down the page > Tap on the "Unbind" button.
Note: If you do not have the device with you, please locate it first. The device needs to be connected to the iZYREC app in order to be unbound.
If your device is lost and you want to unbind it, please contact us and provide your order number and device SN. Then we will try to help you unbind the recorder.
- How can I unbind the device and the App if I change my phone?
You don't need to unbind in this situation. Please make sure to use the same account to log into the iZYREC app on your new phone. Then you'll be able to access the recordings and features on the app.
- How can I unbind the device if it is bound to another account?
In this case, please kindly contact us with the SN of your recorder and your order ID. If possible, please also send us a screenshot of the binding failure. We will promptly assist you in resolving this issue. Rest assured, we always stand behind our products.
