When the Privacy Protection function is on, the device will NOT be accessed through cable connections with PC or phones. Your recording files will be protected even when someone else possesses the device.
If you can't see your recordings on your PC, please follow these steps:

Check if the Privacy Protection function is enabled in the iZYREC app. If it is, please turn it off to allow access through a cable connection.

Confirm that the device is not in manual recording mode. If it is, close it to avoid any disruptions.

Make sure the cable you use supports data transfer. It's better to use the USB cable we provided. Please do not use a USB splitter, some are not compatible with our USB.
