To effectively pair your recorder to iZYREC app, please follow these steps:

Complete the account registration process in the iZYREC app.

Slide the switch on the recorder towards the opposite direction of the microphone to enable the app control mode.

Check if the white indicator light is on. If the recorder is out of power, charge it for at least 10 minutes.

Ensure that Bluetooth and location permission are enabled in your mobile phone settings.

Keep the recorder close to your mobile phone and attempt to connect it.

Tap on the top-left corner "connect" of the homepage.

Connect the recorder according to the serial number.
Note: If there are no obstructions in the surrounding area, the Bluetooth connection range can reach up to 10 meters. When connecting to Bluetooth, the location permission needs to be turned on. This enables your phone to search for nearby Bluetooth devices and establish a connection. It needs to be mentioned that enabling location permission will not compromise your privacy or data security within the iZYREC application.
Why can't I connect to the app?
- Please make sure the recorder is in app control mode.
- Check if the recorder is out of power. If so, please charge it for at least 10 minutes.
- Check if the Bluetooth and the location permission of your mobile phone are turned on, then keep the recorder close to the mobile phone, and reconnect it.
