To safeguard our customers' personal information, we recommend that you connect the recorder and check your audio files before returning the device. This will ensure that your personal data is protected and that the return process is completed efficiently.
Here are a few steps that you can follow:
- Connect the device to your iZYREC app.
- Click "Manage recorder files" and delete all the files.
- Once you've confirmed that the files have been deleted, please unbind your device on the "My Device" page.
Alternatively, you can use a USB-C cable to connect the recorder to your PC, which will allow you to manage the folders in the U-disk and delete the audio files.
